"I made it...Plain simple and delicious. Also salted and lots of pepper for me. The reason it is cooked in the milk is it a heck of a lot easier than making a white sauce,,,and it cooks down to a thick coating.I used home made soya milk.... wheeee"

"hey not bad!! but I learned ooo about 50 years ago that you NEVER use hot water for cleaning up egg dishes...all it does is solidify the protein in the eggs. Always use cold water with egg cleanups"
