"This was yummy and so easy to make which wins it points in my book. The flavor is good and even my non-veg. hubby & our 14-month old daughter enjoyed it and asked for more. We'll definitely make it again, it's a good weeknight meal when you don't feel like a big elaborate production. Thanks for sharing!"

"These were very easy to make & turned out well. Made 12 "regular" sized muffins. We thought they were a bit "clove-y" - I'll cut back the amount of clove I use in the future."

"Great moist burger. I used a slice of avocado and pico to top it off, and it was absolutely wonderful. Make sure you cook it well as the moistness could fool you-"

"I really enjoyed this. Can't quite convince my DH to try much of anything with TVP, but I liked it! : The flavor & consistency were good. I halved the recipe & followed mostly as written, although I just eyeballed all of the seasonings. It was also really easy to make. I'm looking forward to leftovers later this week. Thanks for posting."

"Have made this recipe twice now. The first time, followed mostly as written, except that we didn't have enough honey or maple syrup on their own, so had to combine them. That was okay. The next time I made them, I used white (unbleached flour, since my DH didn't care so much for the WW flour the 1st go-around. Also made sure that I had enough..."

"My DH is a huge fan of cilantro, so when I saw this recipe here, I knew we'd have to try it. He loves it- this recipe will definitely be used again in our house. I generally followed the recipe, although I wasn't too exact w/ the amounts. That could be why we thought we should have added more cilantro (when you don't measure, that's bound to ha..."

"My DH and I enjoyed these. Prepared them almost exactly as the recipe stated, but tossed in an extra handful of blueberries. Served w/ butter & syrup. We got 7 mid-size pancakes out of this recipe. "

"My husband loves to eat fried zucchini, and uses a very similar recipe. His favorite part, though, is dipping it in horseradish sauce. It adds a wonderful zing!"

"I used canned green beans and added canned mushrooms too- stirred both in near the end of veggie cook time, since they really just needed to be heated. I should have used a bigger skillet (duh!, since I was using more vegetables... made it difficult to stir, esp. once the liquid was added in. Left the milk/broth amounts the same.If I were to ..."

"We enjoyed this bread...it is lighter than the typical whole wheat bread. And it cuts really well...no crumbling. DH usually isn't much of a fan of whole wheat anything, but even he liked it! I halved the recipe and made only 1 loaf, and that worked out well for us. "
