    Reviewed Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
    Handle
     |  By Marg (CaymanDesigns)

"I used the regular recipe and these Muffins came out great! They were not overly sweet or overpowering in flavour. I loved the chocolate chips in it and that I got to use some of the Pumpkin I had canned in October. This one is definetly going to be a repeat at my house! I already can't keep my boyfriend away from them."

    Handle
     |  By Queenkungfu

"I'm a regular meat eater, but I'm trying to eat better so I tried this TVP. I think next time I will cut down the two cups of TVP down to 1.5 and I might add some of those spices other reviewers mentioned, and an onion to help build up the taste. I tried to feed the Tacos to my family, but they saw the TVP and refused, I'll try again to fake them ..."

When I went to the grocery store, they only had one brand of pumpkin puree, E.D. Smiths and it was in a giant can. I had to figure out 15 ounces in metric. I ended up with just a littl..."

"I just finish making these, I just used regular pretzels and only dipped them half way. As a result, I had some melted chocolate left-over. Rest assured it did not go to waste, because I had just finished cutting up a pineapple and proceeded to dip it into the chocolate and enjoyed, until the chocolate seized up lol. Wonderful Simple recipe! I wil..."

"The filling mix is really good! But working with Phyllo is really hard if you've never worked with it before ( Like Me I'm thinking maybe next time I make these that I pre-cut the Phyllo into strips after taking it out of the box and then I'll layer them that way. Oh yeah, I needed help trying to figure out how to fold the triangles so I ended u..."
