"We did not like this at all. Mine was very curdled. I don't know why. I've made many mac and cheeses and never had this problem. I did use more than 8 ounces of cooked pasta. 8 ozs of cooked pasta is not very much at all. The sauce was not creamy whatsoever. i did everything else except the amt of pasta, that the recipe called for. i ..."

"I just made these. I really enjoyed them. They do soften up a little, but I definitely will make again. As my husband said,"these are girly cookies, but he's willing to give them a try. I followed Giada's recipe exactly and they look exactly like the ones in the photo. I think these would make a nice gift for someone. "

"I made these for Christmas. At first they tasted wonderful, but as they set, they became very doughy tasting and got rather soggy. I don't know if it's because it was raining outside and the house felt damp or what. I baked them long enough and followed the directions, so I don't know what happened. I'm not new to baking so I don't know where I..."
