    "EASY...YUMMY!!! Whole family (6-60 loved this dinner.Served it with the sweet potatos and glazed carrots, roasted aspargus & warm dinner rolls. The drippings from the chicken made an excellent sauce over the chicken."

    "The dish looked suspicious on the table. It 'looked' lively with all of the brilliant colors however, it lacked in taste.

    The combination of peppers, strawberries and orange slices was not disgusting. It did not taste bad. It just didn't do anything for the salmon. The overall taste could be described as flat.

    "I also used 1/2 the amount of meat but cooked the full recipe for sauce. The tomato paste was too thick so I added an 8oz can of tomato sauce, 1/4 c. red wine, 1/4 c. beef broth. I also put a dash of red pepper flakes. I served this with rigatoni pasta,(which held the sauce garnished with parsley and 1/4 c. grated cheese.The veggie was broccoli..."
