"Although I am not particularily fond of "red sauce" BBQ's when I saw this recipe I had to try! and I did... I went out on a limb and made this for my husband's surprise 50th Birthday Party.. I figured the recipe for 60.. then doubled a single recipe x2 if that makes sense. It was delicious and even better a day later... I didn't use the nutmeg an..."

"Tried this tonight with boneless sirloin chops.... it was very good.... although I had ALOT of bread crumb mixture left... with all chops getting a generous coating. I also pan fried to brown each side and put in glass 9x13 to bake... next time I think I would put a cooling rack underneath.. the bottoms got soggy.... Other than my 'preferences'..."

"I cook ALOT... and tried this tonight... my DH loved it.. I... didn't...to me it lacked flavor... it tasted too floury (if that's a word.. I cooked the rue long enough and used a mix of 1% milk and 1/2 and 1/2....and it seemed to take FOREVER in the oven...... "I made this yesterday... its awesome! I make one similiar to this but love the added vegies. I omitted the water chestnuts, seemed wrong in this recipe as you have plenty of other "crunch" added. You could even add some finely diced cauliflower.... I also seeded my cucumber. Will definately make this again. Thanks Shelby Jo.. (that's my dau..."

"Very good! I was looking for something different from my traditional recipe. I used 16 oz immitation crab meat as that was all the "seafood" I had and subbed miracle whip for the mayo. Excellent recipe. I just may add a little more dressing next time, as pasta generally absorbs. Will definately make again.. and again..."

"Excellent! I used the new "Quick cook" Cremette Rotini because they are small... I used Miracle whip instead of the mayo and also chopped and seeded Roma tomatoes, because they are firmer and last longer. I shredded the lettuce very fine and used only 2 cups. It was amazing! THANK YOU for the great recipe!"

Took them to church for fellowship this morning.. awesome flavor but was hard to get them out of pan to platter w/out looking 'tattered'.... next time maybe will refrigerate them?"

"I wanted to make a breakfast pizza but I didn't have any crust, quick or ready made... and no yeast, so my choices were limited... so, early in the morning I found your recipe, was extremely skeptical but got high praises. I did omit the oregano for the breakfast pizza, pre-baked it for 10 minutes at 350 and then added country gravy, bacon, sausa..."
