"My husband and I love fish and enjoy finding different ways to enjoy our Minnesotan walleye. I used walleye in this recipe and it was GREAT! The stir-fried asparagus was also wonderful. I will definitely make both again, and will pass the recipe on to my mom. It was easy to make and relatively quick as well. Thanks!"

"My husband and I love this alternative to regular old burgers. The flavor and moistness are outstanding! They're now becoming a staple in our house, as they're quick and tasty. I use ground turkey and 4 garlic cloves instead of 3 cloves.Update: For a little bit of fusion, try the tahini sauce by jovigirl. I had some left over from the roast..."

"This recipe is super quick to make and scored a "will-definitely-make-again" place in my cookbook. I too substituted some of the butter with chicken broth and added some olive oil, since I didn't have 2 cans of oil-packed tuna. Next time, I will probably increase the sauce, as my husband loves his pasta pretty creamy. Great flavor!"

"I marinaded some steak in this marinade and then sliced it to use in the Reggae Wraps by mama'skitchen. I really liked the taste. I'll have to definitely try it on the grill too!"

"This was a great fresh-tasting meal. I used steak marinaded in the cilantro-lime marinade by Leighmcl. However, the flavors would probably have been more intense if I had just rubbed the meat instead of marinading it. The sauce was great! I served the wraps with fresh pineapple and strawberries and had a great summer dinner. "

"This is a great recipe for those days when the fridge and cupboards are running low and there's still no time to get to the grocery store. This recipe makes a hearty, tasty, satisfying meal. I didn't have any sausage but used a couple pepperoni sticks instead, which went well with the dish. My husband thought it could use a little more spice, but..."

"This is a light, delicious, and versatile recipe. Perfect for a warm spring night - my husband loved it too! I used asparagus instead of broccoli, added 3 chopped roma tomatoes, and let the sundried tomatoes simmer with the rest of the vegetables. I changed the seasoning around too, as I didn't feel like tarragon tonight: I used 1/3 cup dry whi..."
