"This recipe is super quick to make and scored a "will-definitely-make-again" place in my cookbook. I too substituted some of the butter with chicken broth and added some olive oil, since I didn't have 2 cans of oil-packed tuna. "This was a great fresh-tasting meal. I used steak marinaded in the cilantro-lime marinade by Leighmcl. However, the flavors would probably have been more intense if I had just rubbed the meat instead of marinading it. The sauce was great!
