"I made this and I used Spicy Doritos, very glad I did because without them it would have been very bland. I found the Doritos inside the dish were mushy. I also think there must be a mistake in the recipe because I bought an 11.5 oz bag of chips, which was the only size they had here, other than personal size and only used about 1/2 the bag and ..."

"This was a very good recipe, enjoyed making it, just doesn't fit with my diet on a regular basis. I do think it could probably use some more salt. Made for Spring PAC 2012"

"I made this for Spring pic a chef, I agree with one of the other reviewers, the directions are not clear on when to add the meat. I also think the cooking time may be off a little, I had to cook it for over an hour and my stove normally is spot on cooking times. I found the recipe to be very bland, as did my sister. If I make again I will be ad..."

"I can say every thing that HokiesLady said in her review, except that I tossed my fat free plain yogurt this morning before the garbage man ran and had no more, so I ended up using fat free sour cream and it was wonderful. I will be buying me some more yogurt, when I get some place that sells it, we don't have it in my town and will use this reci..."

"Loved this recipe. I used onion powder and celery salt, and only 1 T mayo, I also used fat free mayo but that is all I use. This was very good, made too much for one meal for me, so I will have rest of it as a snack later in the day. Totaled about 6 oz. and with the crackers that is just too much food, again for me. Made for Pac Fall '11"

"This Broccoli recipe was a pleasant surprise for me. I made it for PAC 2011 and used Smart Balance rather than butter and can honestly say it tasted very good. Thank you for the recipe, it is a keeper."

"This is almost like my own recipe for Sloppy Joes. I really enjoyed eating this and fixing it for myself today. Don't hesitate to try this recipe, easy and very good. I will be the first to say it would have been better if I had cole slaw but I didn't so I ate it plain and not on a bun because I do not eat bread. Thanks for the recipe. Pac Fa..."

"This was really good, the only changes I made to the recipe is I used 99% Fat Free soups, which helped me to get rid of a lot of fat, plus I added a little garlic salt, it is a staple in my cooking, and added a little fat free cheese to up the protein. This was delicious. Will be making again."

"I made this and reduced the size to just 1 LB of turkey, because I live by myself and knew there was no way I would use up 3 lbs of it. It had good favor but was a little dry for my liking. Probably should have fried it in olive oil, rather than just a non-stick skillet. I had one slice for breakfast and will freeze the rest for later on. I thi..."
