    Reviewed Harvest Pumpkin Apple Bread
    Handle
     |  By Kree

"Loved this, kinda kicking myself for not making it years ago. I have had it printed out and in my binder for along time now, just never got around to making it. I used fresh pumpkin for this, as I don't like canned pumpkin, and I used half whole wheat flour. I think I will reduce the sugar and oil the next time, to help cut down calories."

"I am not too sure if this is a frozen dessert and if the peaches are fresh or canned. But I have made it twice now, because after the first time it was addicting. Too bad I always wait until the end of peach season to make it. I made a half batch both times. After using fresh peaches, which I had no juice from them, and topping it, I have always p..."

"Can't believe that I didn't review this last year. Loved this recipe. I put it into the freezer already in a pie crust (using a recipe I love, and topped with a crisp topping. Then this year I used it as Blueberry Crisp instead of pie."

    Reviewed Creamy Cucumber Salad
    Handle

"I took a plunge and tried this recipe at work. I work in a school and we had a bunch of baby cucumbers to use up, well I thought that it was getting warm out and I do want the kids to try something different. Not all tried it, but the ones that did liked it, the staff went nuts for it. The only changes I made was using baby cucumbers and using 1/3..."

"Awesome muffins. I made them today with some rhubarb I picked at my in-laws. It was the first time my kids have ever had it, never felt it was worth the price stores and farmer's markets were asking for it."

"I must have copied this recipe years ago, your description has changed from the recipe I have copied.

Finally got around to making these today, with homemade pumpkin puree, I doubled the recipe, used 1/2 chocolate chips and 1/2 craisins. They were good, I must have a bigger ice cream scoop because I only got 28 from the double batch. But..."

"Awesome cake, I made 2 of them with a bag of frozen pears I found stashed away in the freezer. I took one to a work potluck and one stayed at home. Only changes I made is the pudding part I used ginger and cinnamon because I was worried about too much ginger."

     |  By William (Uncle Bill) Anatooskin

"I used a smoked ham hock that I stripped most of the fat off of too. It was awesome both me and hubby ate 2 bowls for lunch. I portioned the rest into lunch sized portions. Awesome recipe, but silly me, when I was making it I thought it was too thin, I like real thick split pea soup, so I grated a couple potatoes into it. After it had cooled and b..."

"Wonderful. I loved this pie, I made up the filling, put most of it in 4 single pie crusts, I ran out of flour, the rest went into a pie plate to freeze and to be put in a pie crust later. I made up one tonight for dessert with a crumb topping and it was yummy, the filling stayed together, didn't run all over the plate. The only changes I made is I..."
