    "I find that it's easier to just chop the cukes fine in the food processor. Also if you drain the yogurt overnight, it's thick enough that draining the cuke juice isn't necessary. (it is more flavorful than the whey Also I add about 3 times more lemon and a touch of dill as well. "

    "Oohhh this is so good. The best barbecue! I used chicken legs and thighs, and marinated for about 30 hours. Also used mesquite chips that had soaked in water for lots of smoke."

    "This was sooo good. I added alittle extra cheese, garlic powder, and fresh ground pepper to the topping. Also I cooked it in the microwave uncovered. I had some of the meat mixture left over and plan to make open faced burritos with cheese and salsa."
