"Made this with a huge head of romaine and some very under ripe kiwi. The taste (besides the kiwis was really good but found looks of the dressing really distracted from the salad. Made oodles of salad ... Will update on what the leftovers are like."

"Great taste. I lightened the recipe by using 1/4 cup oil and 3/4 cup applesauce for the butter, adding only 1 cup sugar, and using whole wheat flour for half the flour. I also used frozen fruits. I am sure the recipe as written is wonderful but now I can enjoy these wonderful muffins with my changes and not feel as guilty!"

"Used cottage cheese instead of ricotta (couldn't find any in the store. We baked these, then froze them. To eat, just thaw and warm in 350F oven. Very tasty and a great way to limit serving sizes."

"First time eating gnocchi. I doubled the recipe because one package was not enough for the five of us. Made the mistake of adding too much extra water while gnocchi was cooking - result was quite soupy. Skipped the broiling step because I just added some cheese on the top and the pasta was warm enough to melt it. Had to use dried basil. Will ..."
