And just to clear something up on behalf of all the chemists out there...alcohol has a much lower boiling point than water, therefore after it reaches 78 degrees C all the alcohol has evaporated and all that you taste is the flavor left behind. "This was a great start to my day. Since my blender is older I used my mini chopper to grind up the oatmeal a little before adding it to the smoothie. It worked great. noone in my family noticed there was oatmeal in their smoothie. Thanks for the great idea!"
