I had a piece of slab smoked bacon and sliced 1/2" thick and broiled it in the oven then sliced it to put with the chicken. I only had chicken thighs...so I skinned and de-boned them and continued with the recipe. I made my sister's southern buttermi..."

"The rosemary in this marinade is perfect...not over powering. I used 4 cloves of our garlic and made a low sodium soy sauce and whipped it up with the stick blender. I used 3 legs/thighs and baked them for 45 minutes. The flavour was absolutely lovely. I still have lots for another dinner. I will be trying this marinade with boneless, skinless..."

"This dish is awesome! The flavours are spot on and I loved that it was baked instead of done in a frying pan. I cut the recipe down for the two of us...and used no salt added tomatoes. DH kept remarking during his dinner how wonderful it was and that I need to keep this recipe! I made as directed...no need for tweaking here. Thank you Kitten ..."
