"I am super pleased with these bars and so is my husband! I, also, made a batch with chia seeds, which turned out very good. Used a raw protein powder from garden of life. Hoping to try some different variations just for variety. Not sure what yet, but I'll experiment a bit....the other reviewer mentioned pumpkin pie spice....probably will giv..."

"This is simplicity and deliciousness. I omitted cilantro (although I love that stuff due to none on hand. Also, left out the garlic for husband's sake. Used an Indian curry powder - no paste. Went easy on the lemon juice. Love it!!! Yum!! Thanks for a great way to use up all our mung beans!!!"

"My children & I loved this! We didn't even take the time to make them into burgers, although that would have been mighty tasty. I made some changes due to not having all i needed: didn't have breadcrumbs, so I used oats. No carrot, so used pepper. Also, no sage, but did use some thyme "AND" marjoram. Without a doubt, plan to make again! Thank..."

"Delicious! I love simplicity. And I appreciate the fact that I didn't need a broth. Sorry, I didn't use any nutmeg. That spice is just not up my alley. Tasty enough for me and my kids that I would make it again and again."

"Absolutely fantastic!! Used all raw veggies. Also, used about 1/4 cup of raw apple cider vinegar instead of the 3/4 cup white vinegar. Superb!!"

"I was looking for a way to use green beans, RAW. This was sooo very tasty. I will be making this over and over again! My children even liked it. I, too, made it without the hearts of palm...didn't have any. No feta either, but would like to try it with some. Thanks for posting this! Much appreciated!"

"Super good!!! Loved it!!!! My children begged for more. (Okay, I had to have more too. I'm glad to have found this recipe. It's so easy and definitely excellent for the zucchini and tomatoes that are in abundance, as you said. I immediately made more the following day and plan to make this again! Thanks so much!"

"My husband and I really enjoyed this. The children have yet to thoroughly enjoy a raw vegan ice cream dessert. I thought it was brilliant to put the coconut and cashews together since I have made either a cashew based ice cream or a coconut based ice cream. The way it turned out so creamy was fantastic also. Thanks for sharing. I was searching for..."
