"This is extremely close to Chili's salsa. This is a "no cooking" salsa but is fresh salsa so that might explain some of the low ratings. The first time I made it I followed the recipe and used canned tomatoes and thought it was good. I also added some black pepper and it gave it some extra flavor. Make sure you chill it well before serving.

"Followed the recipe but didn't have any wine so used the water. We used thinly sliced steak, chunks of chicken breast, shrimp and lobster. The lobster was not very good but all the other meat turned out great, but only when dipped in a sauce. We didn't like the flavor of the meat with the broth alone. I made a mustard sauce, teriyaki sauce and had..."

"Yummy! Was easy and just about as good as I've ever had! I think horseradish is the secret so don't be scared to use it. If you don't put too much you get the spiciness of it but not the flavor, which I didn't like too much. Also, we like pickled asparagus in them for garnish. "

"I gave it 5 stars because both ds and dd said, "YUMMY"! DS had 3rds. I thought they were good, and I chose the recipe because I'm familiar with America's Test Kitchen and also because I had all the ingredients. I like buttermilk pancakes but did not have any buttermilk and regular milk plus lemon juice can be substituted. I followed the directions..."

"Excellent! I made 1/2 the recipe for Easter Dinner and made it exactly like the recipe said. Someone else brought another potato dish but mine got rave reviews and some had seconds. There were no leftovers either but there were some left of the other potato dish. Really easy recipe too. "
