"Delicious, moist and soft! Dough is a dream to work with too; you can roll them into balls without them even sticking to your fingers. Excellent cookies, they remind me of nutter butters."

"I had never made pickles before today, but this recipe sounded easy so I decided to try it.I did half a batch (just type in 5 1/2, no dash, because that's how many cucumbers I had. I don't have the Cuisinart food processor, I have a Hamilton Beach that holds 14 cups. For me half a batch was 2 large onions. I didn't do step 9 in processing the..."

"Delicious, just a little too salty for my tastes, but it convinced my husband to like fresh salmon. Would definitely make again."

Just had plain white vinegar, which worked fine.We only bought 1 lb., which was plenty for 2 people, plus some for leftovers. I had small tomatoes from the garden and green peppers, forgot ..."

"I cut the partially thawed round steak into bigger bite-sized pieces, dredged it in flour, and so I did need a little more oil, but then I drained it afterwards (I used olive oil until it was nicely browned. For the tomato sauce and 1 cup water is basically about the same as 1 pint (2 cups home canned tomatoes, and so I used that (I don't think..."

"Did these on the grill last week. First lined the grill with aluminum foil, and used ground beef because that's wht I had, so didn't need either the egg or oil. So they had way more fat, which helped get the onion done. I only used 1/2 cup of chopped onion. 5 stars for the great onion taste in the hamburgers. These are much better than regular ham..."
