"The recipe was longer than 10 minutes prep and yields about 70 pennies. It would have been helpful to know whether to grease cookies sheets or not. Hard to handle dough because of flour and cheese mixed with the butter. Worth the effort. Only cooked half of the recipe because of time constrants, but have half in refrig to make again."

"This is an excellent recipe. I did not use more than 1/8 cup olive oil however. Otherwise I followed recipe exactly and it was exceptional. Meatballs were firm, great tasting and moist; the sauce held together well, was not watery and very flavorful. (I took 1/2 of the recipe to a friend who had a knee cap fracture.) Very easy to put together."

"Excellent recipe using leftover chicken! I cut the recipe in half and it was delicious. My fault was to use fat free cheddar, which does not melt in the same fashion as regular cheddar, but I was trying to save calories. The result was slightly different, but still very good!"
