"I agree with Cherir. If you use the sweetened condensed milk, you do not need the brown sugar.The brown sugar is used to sweeten the evaporated milk. I used a 14 oz can of Peaches.This recipe is one I will use again. Got a lot of compliments at the pot luck."

"I didn't have all the ingredients for this recipe but it sounded so good I made it with what I had. I used Tomato Chutney instead of Mango. I didn't have bean sprouts or baby corn, so just left them out. It was a hit at the pot luck. I think it would be better with the mango chutney and will definitely make it again using mango."

"This was so good I made it again the next day so I could stock the freezer. Rump roast was on sale so I used that. I used fresh parsley and thyme tied with the bay leaf. "This was so good. It was nice and thick. I used a hand blender right in the pot and didn't puree it to death. I had no cream on hand so I served it with a dollop of plain yogurt on top. It Looked good and had way less calories. A Keeper."
