"Although this looks like a tasty cake recipe, many food safety agencies and university extension services do not recommend storing these cakes, as the vacuum seal cannot prevent harmful bacteria from growing inside the jar. Please see the following websites.

"Delish! An easy to prepare recipe that tastes lovely. I would never have thought to add lavender blossoms and honey to chicken breasts, but it was delightful. I went a little heavy on the black pepper, but it still tasted great, thank you for sharing your recipe. Posted for SPring 2013 Pic-A-Chef"

"Wow, this fried chicken is wonderful! I followed the recipe exactly, except I baked the chicken after coating it instead of frying. This lowered the amount of fat per serving considerably. The crushed Chex coating came out crunchy and really yummy. No one guessed it was gluten free. Thank you JanaBird, for sharing your recipe."

"This is a very good quick bread. It held together well for a gluten-free baked good, not too crumbly. The only suggestion I have is to use all orange juice and leave out the lemon juice, as I felt that the lemon overpowered the other flavors. Other then that, it was a great recipe, thanks for sharing! Posted for 2013 Spring Pick-A-Chef."

"Delicious! Very easy to make, too. I have made this Chai tea recipe with whole milk and also with almond milk, with good results both ways. Thank you for such a great recipe."

"Very Good dip. We enjoyed it with tortilla chips but I think that pita bread or pita chips would be an even nicer accompaniment. Next time I think I'll add sliced black olives and a dash of lemon juice. Thank you. Posted for 2013 Spring Pic-A-Chef."

"This got 2 thumbs up from my two teenage sons, who just loved this. I was able to prepare 2 sandwiches very quickly by preheating the frying pan, then microwaving the eggs for 1 minute each, then assembling and grilling the sandwich. Thanks for such a good tasting and easy to prepare breakfast! Posted for 2013 Spring Pick-A-Chef."

"We enjoyed these cookies. Plenty of Almond flavor, but not over-sweet. I substituted gluten-free all-purpose flour for the pastry flour, and it came out great. I plan on making these for Easter, topped with icing and a Jordan Almond. Thanks for the great vegan recipe!"

"We really liked this recipe, so fresh-tasting! I used canned jalepenos instead of fresh because that is what I had on hand, and added a little salt to help the flavors pop. Thanks, Jester's Lace, for a very nice salsa recipe. Posted for 2013 Pick A Chef."

"I used your recipe, with quite a few variations, to make a "green" pistachio cake for a St. Patrick's Day dessert. I substituted buttermilk and almond milk for the sour cream and milk, added more vanilla, used a box of pistachio pudding mix plus a few drops of green food color, and baked it in a Bundt pan for 60 minutes. Even with a..."
