"I used this as a baseline for my brownie recipe. I needed something dairy-free and chocolate-free. (Sad, I know.) I used coconut oil and carob powder. Because the carob powder had to be increased so far over what the cocoa powder is, I also had to increase the oil.
I used 1 1/4 C Carob Powder and 1 Cup Coconut Oil.
