"Divine! My family loved this. Quick to prepare even using frozen shrimp as I did. Defrosts easily under lukewarm water. Will make again. Great entrée to go along with my red beans and rice."
"Made with cocoa powder as directed, but wasn't thrilled with the taste so I added about 2 Tablespoons of PB2 (Chocolate Peanut Butter powder) - I omitted salt and used Stevia in place of sugar, Almond Milk in place of dairy milk. Did not add anything else.
To cook I zapped it in the microwave for about a minute."
"I took someone's review of subbing flour with Ritz crackers and even added some to the bottom(crushed) as a bed for the cod to sit on. Nothing soggy about this dish. The leftover lemon and butter I poured over the fish before baking. Perfectly done at 30 minutes. Will make again!"
"These are delicious! Certainly not healthy if you scarfed down as many as my son and I did.
I added about 1/2 cup cocoa powder, but otherwise followed recipe."
"Whipped this up in mini food processor. Tangy, different and no fat! What's not to love?!:? Served this in a whole wheat tortilla bowl with romaine lettuce, black beans, fresh tomatoes and avocado. Incredible FRESH taste!
I added cilantro to the dressing and omitted basil and jalapeno (out of both). Trying with a tou..."
"Delicious for a FF dressing! Would decrease ginger next time, but it was great over spinach, romaine, bean sprouts, cukes, green onion, almonds and mandarin oranges."
"A cinch to prepare. I did not eat this, but my son who LOVES salmon wolfed it down and said it tasted like a dish you'd find in a 5 star restaurant. Served w/ couscous and braised spinach. I did not have pineapple so I subbed fresh juiced orange in place of.
Might add a touch of ginger next time. One more thing--I baked this ..."
"I've made Sw Pot fries before and they never turned out crispy. This recipe nailed it! I made my own version of the avocado dip with fresh cilantro, omitted jalapenos and scallions and added dried onion flakes (DH not an onion fan) . I also omitted coriander from spice blend."
"Refreshing--that's how I'd describe this salad! I used napa, cilantro, carrots, beans sprouts and chopped yellow onion as my base. Kept dressing same except I did not have brown rice syrup. Use same amount called for in the rice syrup as agave to sweeten it a bit. Looking forward to tomorrows lunch as I am having this again!"
