    "Wonderful smelling fluffy loaf. I didn't have lemon zest so i substituted dried orange peel. I didn't use the walnuts either. The bread was still very good without them but I imagine it's outstanding w/them."

    "My 2 young sons (6 & 11 and husband were extremely skeptical when I told them we were having "Carrot Burgers" for dinner. But they all raved about them. We dipped them in honey dijon.It was a good compliment but they really didn't need a thing."
