"These are scrumptious! I halved the recipe and it still made 7 BIG muffins. Next time I will half it again and fill all 12 cups. I used 2 ripe bananas and substituted milk mixed with lemon juice for the Buttermilk. (Use 1T. lemon juice per 8oz. milk and allow to sit for a few minutes.) They turned out beautifully! I will be making these again!"

"Wow! Amazingly delicious!! I used Quinoa Pasta and fresh basil....added some extra milk to make it a bit more saucy. My 6 year old said it was so good he could eat "900 bowls!" However, he was quite full after 1. My husband said there was too much cream cheese, so the next time I make it I plan to cut the cream cheese in 1/2. But I will definitely..."

"Our family's favorite scone of all time! I love that they are made with sour cream as we don't always have milk on hand, but we do keep cultured dairy such as sour cream and yogurt on hand for baking. GREAT recipe!!"

"YUMMY!! I tripled the recipe and substituted 50/50 Kamut & Oatbran in place of the bread crumbs. I accidentally used soy sauce in the meatballs instead of worcestershire, and it was good! For the sauce, I used Rapadura and a few tablespoons of unsulphured molasses in place of the brown sugar and left out the onions, per hubby's request. These were..."

"These get 5 stars from the 5 kids I made them for! (3 of my boys and 2 friends over for a play date!) I doubled the recipe and followed it exactly, only I used 1 c. Sprouted Whole Wheat and 1 c. Sprouted Spelt. Only baked for 10 min. at 325 and wouldn't recommend a minute more as I did 1 batch for 12 min. and they came out a bit on the dry side. W..."

"These turned out great! I used Spelt flour & Rapadura in place of the sugar. I'm not vegan, so I used butter instead of canola oil & raw cow's milk in place of soy milk. Doubled the recipe and otherwise made as stated. Turned out nicely, although I do think I will cut down on the Rapadura next time as they were a bit sweeter than they needed to be."
