"I've been making these for ages and thought I'd better write a review! Very simple and easy, my toddler likes to "help" with the mashing & mixing, and we all like the finished product. "This got the tick from the whole family (DP, me & 1yr old. Very easy to make, all stuff I had on hand even at the end of the grocery week. I used mixed herbs, and diced fresh carrots as well as frozen peas, for a bit of variety. Definitely going in the weeknight cookbook."

"We loved this recipe! Really makes the most of yummy fresh summer ingredients. Very simple and quick to make. I used bacon instead of prosciutto as it's what I had on hand - I'm sure it would be better as written but the bacon still tasted good. This one is definitely for the permanent recipe book!"

"Really quick and easy, and you can easily substitute ingredients (I had no can soup so made up dry with cream, half the cheese, no green pepper or canned veg so I used frozen mixed... and my partner loved it! Definitely one for the permanent recipe book. Thanks for posting!"
