"You REALLY have to add about 1 tsp of ginger powder to make it taste like the original, IMHO. I used some leftover grilled lime chicken I had. I just used iceburg lettuce although it would be better to add some field greens. Added some cilantro for flavor/garnish. Otherwise followed the recipe and it was great!"

"I modified it by using a WHOLE can of canned pumpkin, which then prompted me to add about 2 T flour (afraid it wouldn't set, added 1/3 cup half-and-half, and an extra egg; used a tsp of pumpkin pie spice replacing the listed spices. In the end when I was pouring into 2 store bought graham cracker crusts (in a lazy mood, there was a little extra..."

"Easy and delicious! I used Panko for the breadcrumbs and it ended up crispy and delicious. Instead of the seasoning salt I mixed in some Tony Chachere's creole seasoning into the bread crumb mixture. Towards the end with maybe 20 min to go since my husband was getting hungry I upped the temp to 425 degrees and shaved off about 10 min from the t..."

"This was very very good, and even my extremely picky 3-yr old ate it (cleaned his plate. Perhaps since I used canned spinach it didn't look recognizable as a vegetable. Even though i never used canned spinach before and i thought it looked gross I'm just glad my son ate it. I didn't have 1/2 & 1/2 so used a couple tbsp sour cream & about 1/4..."

As others did I used more lemon zest, about a tablespoon; i used a few tablespoons shy of 1/2 a cup lemon juice (i added in a few Tbsp of bottle lime juice since I ran out of lemon juice, having used small lemons.
