"I loved this recipe! Very easy to make and very tasty. I tried to make it a bit healthier by first using 1/2 cup of cornstarch and 1/4 cup soy sauce and one egg mixed together in a zip lock bag. Add meat, smoosh and marinate. Makes a good crust with less batter. I pan fried using spray oil and a couple of tablespoons of canola. Also reduced ..."

"I made this cake the other day and since it was so FATTENING, I divided it into 32 cupcakes instead of one cake. It came out very good and I got lots of compliments on it. I think I will try it with milk and low fat cream cheese instead next time try to cut back on the fat calories. Also, we thought it needed more lemon so I will adjust that n..."

"I plan to make this cake for a friends birthday...she loves cannoli! I just wanted to point out to those who had a problem with runny filling that some brands of ricotta are juicier than others...I use a store brand which is pretty dry for things like this, (if I don't have time to drain overnite.I will rate when I have made this cake! "Just made your hummus today and it came out great. I had no problem with it since I avoided the hassle and used 2 cans of beans. Popped everything in the food processor and voila. We love lemon garlic and tahini and found the ratio is perfect. The only thing I added was a half tsp of cumin, since we Armenians love cumin. Thanks for posting......"

"I made these for a luncheon for my 'babes' which included all chinese recipes. These were a big hit and everyone loved them. Only thing I did different was that I put in garlic powder instead of fresh garlic and used about 1/2 tsp. Would definitely make again. Thanks for posting!"

"My niece Jennifer made these the other day for Christmas, only using ONE 8 oz cream cheese instead of two...They came out absolutely DELICIOUS and hopefully, a little less fattening...Lovely on a mixed cookie platter."

"LOVE em...The only thing I do differently is that I add a few water chestnuts (not necessary, but I like a little crunch to the mix. Also, instead of mincing everything I throw it all into the food processer and pulse. I usually use about one pork chop sliced into strips or 1/2 chicken breast. I also add a couple of shrimp to the filling if I ..."

"My family is Armenian, so we eat ALOT of Luleh kebabs. We don't add egg, however, nor cinnamon, but do add lots of cumin and parsley, along with the onion, salt and pepper. We only mix beef and lamb when we don't have enough ground lamb for the number of people. We grill without the skewers, or broil in the oven or even pan fry if only making a..."
