"Great Aussie burger. My family really enjoy a good works burger. I made the meat patty with egg, salt and pepper and a little flour. Didn't use the margarine/butter but otherwise made as written. Wouldn't change a thing. Reviewed for the May 2013 recipe swap in the Aus/NZ Forum. Photos posted"

"Delicious vegetarian curry that my family all enjoyed. I doubled this recipe and was really glad that I did. "5 stars for such a quick prep and cook recipe- hard to believe a good looking fudge can take less than 5 minutes.....but it did ! ! ! Reviewing for Pick-a-Chef (PAC Event April 2013. "5 stars - loved these fritters : Made as written, though substituted the flour with approx. 3 tablespoons of sorghum flour to make these fritters gluten-free. Made 13 large sized fritters that really makes a good meal for four adults with a salad on the side. If there were any left-overs, they would make for a great lunch the next day. Photo also..."
