    "Amazing! I knew absoluting nothing about enchiladas (i'm a beginner and this made it so easy and it tasted so good!! I took the advice of another on this recipe and use rotisseri chicken (pre madeand doubled the cheese (cheese lover!I definitely plan on making this at least once a week!!! Makes great for left overs too!!! Amazing!!"
