"You won't find a recipe much easier than this! I used low-fat sour cream and soup, and it still tastes rich! It's fine as is, but full of possibilities.... consider it a base and try it with other spices or veggies, added according to your tastes. I tried it with 1 teaspoon each of turmeric and pepper. YUM.
Served it over orzo pasta, which..."

"I've made this so many times and finally got around to reviewing!
It's my son's girlfriend's favorite so I make it regularly for her. One great thing about this recipe is it's simplicity. It's also very adaptable. I have tried variations, and decided on my favorite: 2 cups white sugar and one cup brown sugar, 1 heaping teaspoon of cinnamon,..."

"Really good flavor, but a little gummy textured inside. They are more pumpkin-y than oatmeal-y. I added raisins to the second half before baking, and really liked them better that way. I like the fact that the recipe makes so many cookies, so that I can freeze some for another day!"

"I made this to send to my son in college, since it is the perfect size, being just one layer. I baked it in a disposable aluminum pan, so I could wrap it in foil and ship it in the same pan. I did not taste it, but He loved it!"

"This cake was even better than I anticipated! It was moist and very flavorful. I used three eggs since I didn't have eggbeaters on hand. I also used Motts Homestyle applesauce which is very chunky. Everyone loved it. (Notice the past tense - it went quickly!"

"A very tasty and easy recipe! I was pleasantly suprised to find the flavor is really like gyros! Instead of grilling the meat, I cooked it in a skillet, breaking up into coarse chunks. For the sauce, I used low-fat yogurt, and added a little lemon and pepper, but no sugar. Everyone in my family loved it!"
