"This is probably the best sandwich I've ever had. I used my own pesto recipe, which is pretty much the same except I use pine nuts instead of walnuts. The Peperonata was wonderful. I look forward to having this again very soon."

"Quick, easy and very good stir-fry. I had to substitute chili garlic sauce as I didn't have the sweet chili sauce. I also had to use dried arbol peppers. I broke them open and dumped the seeds on the chicken. Served with brown rice. This would probably also work well with carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms if bok choy or asparagus are not available..."

"This is a wonderful way to prepare corn on the cob. After roasting the corn, I cut the kernals off the cobs to use in a taco salad. It was a great addition to the salad. "

"The tortilla strips were very good and I even forgot the salt. I used flour tortillas instead of corn. In addition to making the tortilla strips, I also used this seasoning on flour tortillas to make salad bowls for taco salad. I'll be using this recipe from now on. Thank you for posting."

"This was delicious. I browned the tenderloin in a grill pan and then put it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees. I served this with Mom's Mango Chutney posted by NurseDi. The two together really rock."

"I can see why your Mom's Mango Chutney is famous. I made this to go with Derf's Jamaican Pork Tenderloin and it absolutely made the dish. I used some really plump golden raisins. I'll be using this many times. Thank you for posting and also thank your mom for me."

"This is a favorite at my house. I have done the pinwheels, but usually we have these as wraps, using sun-dried tomato basil tortillas and honey mustard dressing from Honey Mustard Dressing. I squeeze out some of the juice from the carrots if they aren't going to be eaten right away. I wrap each wrap in plastic and refrigerate. They keep well in t..."

"....and in my dream, I was eating this wonderful, warming, creamy chowder.... oh wait, pinch me, that wasn't a dream, it was for real. Seriously, I find this chowder to be a great hit and the first thing I think of when I'm craving comfort food. I use an organic vegetable broth, and add all kinds of veggies that I find in my refrigerator. However..."

"These are my most favorite cookies in the whole world. I use dried cherries instead of dried cranberries, add 1 tsp of grated orange rind and leave out the nuts. Yummo times 10. Thanks for posting. You've made me famous at my Bible study group. "
