"This is the way I've always made my Swiss Chard... minus the red wine vinegar, which I hadn't thought of and I'm sure will make it even better! A delicious and often-overlooked vegetable. "I added some grilled chicken, and par-cooked the slaw in the microwave for 2-3 minutes because hubby is not keen on vegetables, especially crunchy ones. I was out of almonds and cranberries, so I substituted walnuts and dried cherries in smaller amounts, and it was great; hubby cleaned his plate. I'll make this again. Thanks very much, Neelys!"
