Reviewed Real German Potato Salad - Direct from My Friend in Frankfurt's
    Handle
     |  By -Sylvie-

"Loved this! Made it as written and it was quick and tasty. Also, I'd like to add that there are several types of authentic German potato salad that tend to vary by region. My family is from southern Germany and many of our handed-down recipes include mayonnaise-based salads. So don't be disappointed!"

"This was great and was made even better by easy it was. Even though julienning vegetables is one of my least favorite things to do, as I have no handy gadget yet to help me, I still found that I could put this together much faster than I thought it would. And it transported very well for my lunch when wrapped in moist paper towels and placed in ..."

     |  By iris5555

"This was great and wicked fast! I was out of lemon juice and red onion, so I bastardized a little bit by subbing red wine vinegar and then adding some cucumbers and feta. I have a feeling that the lemon juice would have been better, but even with the red wine vinegar, it was very tasty. I will definitely be making this for quick lunches from no..."

"This was wonderful. I've made it multiple times and have always gotten compliments on it. I use mozzarella and parmesan instead of cheddar (just because it was all I had, but I'm sure it would also be great as written."

    Reviewed Asparagus Bocconcini
    Handle
     |  By Mirj

"This is an excellent way of serving asparagus, which is one of my favorite vegetables. I made it as directed (with balsamic vinegar, except that I added the bocconcini to the asparagus while it was in the pan to make sure it melted and then carefully moved it to a serving dish. So good!"

"I made this with frozen fire-roasted corn and added an extra can of green chilis, and it turned out wonderful. Some people wished there was more spice to it, but I was nervous, and so had scraped the entire membrane out of the jalapeno first, which I will not do next time. Overall, this is a great recipe."

    Reviewed Cajun Jalapeno Poppers
    Handle
     |  By Lande Hoffman

"This was surprisingly easy to make. I tend to avoid things with too many ingredients or too complicated of instructions (and it doesn't take much to fall into either category for me, but I found this to be very simple. The worst part was seeding the jalapenos, which I did very thoroughly. My German mouth doesn't tolerate much beyond pepper, so..."

"This was awesome! I love mandarin oranges and tend to put them in everything, so this really hit the spot. Definitely liked it better with whipped topping (but I put that on everything, too."
