    "I served this to my family about six hours after I made it and my husband said that it was the best coleslaw I have ever made for him. However, we had leftovers the next day and the flavor of the green onion had taken over the whole dish. We didn't enjoy it nearly as much, so I won't be making it the day before for anything.     "Very tasty, a real party favorite. I did not put in any hot pepper, but was liberal with the hot sauce. I use Louisiana hot sauce. I also added diced red bell pepper for color. Served with tortilla chips as a salsa, it has been a big hit all summer."
