"I just made these for dinner. Suggestions: Marinate overnight(great flavors, need more time) Place on preheated grill(high) skin side down 5 min. Turn heat immediately to low. Cook on low (skin side up) additional 35 min. Keep in warm oven while you finish additional sides. Fantastic !!!

"Good base recipe...didn't love it though. Flavors were pretty bland. I did add 1 diced chipoltle pepper in Adobo sauce and 2 TB sauce to the mayo mixture ..that did help. But, the fish needed more flavor..perhaps a marinade. I will try that next time. Thanks for sharing, like I said...good Base recipe."

"I used skin on bone in chicken thighs instead..drained, Discard oil. Make sauce then add drained chicken in. Also added couple shakes seasame oil, and 3 squirts chili paste and thickened at the end w/1/4c cornstarch and 1/4 c. water mixture. Also, used orange juice instead of apple---PERFECT!"
