"This is one of my favorite dishes which I always buy at my favorite Italian resturaunt. Let me say, this exceeded my expectations. Instead of sole, I used tilapia, which substituted nicely. I used the zest and juice of the lemon. I served this over pasta. Delicious!"

"This was really good. I used multigrain bread, and baked it at 350F. I had to use more chicken broth (instead of water) to moisten the bread. Also added melted butter, as I found that is for best flavor and moisture. I put it in a pan instead of aluminum pouches.Turned out really good. I made this for easter. I will make it again next holiday."

"I found this bread was great, and tasted better after stored in a plastic bag overnight. I was expecting a banana flavor at first, but I did not get it. Instead I relised the banana served the bread a way to give the bread moisture and sugar for the yeast to grow. Will try again whenever I have an old banana."

"My filling did not set, and I made this for a Christmas party. I guess I didn't cook the eggs enough. Everyone said the pie tasted amazing (It did), so I'm going to come back to this recipe again and cook the eggs more, I'll see if I can get it right."
