"I added a diced red onion, 3 cloves of garlic, and 1/2 cup peas. Then once I mixed everything together just before adding the pasta (whole wheat I put in a bunch of Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning. This really gave it the kick it needed. My family really enjoyed it and we will be making it again."

"Just made this for dinner tonight. We followed the directions except we used a wheat free tamari as we had a gluten free guest. All of us loved it. Thanks for a great recipe"

"I love love love these. I've been allowing myself one day a week where I can have whatever food I've been craving, and twice in a row I've chosen these, with Bobby Flay's Green Onion Potato Salad, it's like heaven on a plate. "My family liked this. It was easy to prepare, and made for a great dinner. I used Kikkoman teriyaki garlic and onion sauce instead of the sweet and sour. Thanks for the recipe."

"These made really juicy burgers. I used vegenaise which gave the mayo a nice sweet taste. We also grilled up the onions and some tomatoes and added them to the sandwich. I wish I had a picture of my 5 year old who was wearing mushroom juice all over her face and hands. Will definitely make these again."

"The taste gets 4 stars. However, mine fell apart so I ended up with chicken nugget mush. When I added the potato flakes it seemed too dry, so I added some more water which may be why they fell apart. Next time I'll tweak it a bit and see how well they hold up. I used Lays Kettle cooked salt and pepper potato chips as the crust and they tasted..."

"This is an easy, lazy Saturday morning breakfast. My whole family enjoys it wrapped in a tortilla with some roasted potatoes. I use Trader Joe's soyrizo which has a nice, spicy flavor. Very good! Thanks for posting."
