"Thank you so much for this recipe. I have made several harissa cakes before but this one is by far the best we have ever eaten. My DH had an invitation and I made this for them and they ate the entire pan. He said they were crazy about it. Very nice with some tea."

"My family loved this! Kids and adults alike. I thought it was going to be a little soupy to serve, but let it rest for 15 minutes after getting it out of the oven and after cutting it into squares, it maintained its shape nicely. Tasted great and a pretty serve also with some chopped green onions and sour cream on the side. Thank U!"

"I haven't made this yet, but was thrilled to come across the recipe. I was introduced to this from a Moroccan woman who used to watch my son and it is fabulous in couscous. She always kept me supplied with it so I never learned to make it. Thank you so much for posting."

"This is really good. My entire family loved it even my kids. Doesn't taste like typical low fat desserts. I did not put it in the crust to save on calories though, instead just whipped it up in the bowl and we ate it like jello. I think you can just about make it with any flavor jello and complimentary yougert. Think I will try strawberry ne..."

I cooked it very slow maybe even more than 2 hrs on low heat and since we are huge garlic lovers I did smash with pestle about 3 or 4 cloves. We ate it with fresh pita and it was wonderful. We also have Egyptian John's recipe of daqua on hand most all the time and per your recommendation we used it on this and it was wonderful. Thank you fo..."

I used the little refrigerated biscuits and rolled them in sugar and cinammon. They tasted just like the little mini doughnuts I ate as a kid at the state fair. Goodbye dunkin doughnuts!!
