"This recipe is a very noble attempt at replicating mac n cheese and I was surprised by the flavor qualities of nutritional yeast. However, the product wasn't all that pleasing to my palate. I didn't include the salt as suggested which was probably a good idea and I also added double the tofu. I have no regrets making it but I won't be making it..."
