Reviewed America's Test Kitchen Beef Tacos
    Handle
     |  By Chef #564933

"This was a tough one for me to rate. The taste was definetely heads and sholders over a packaged seasoning mix, but I haven't used a package in years. My biggest issue with this was the grease - even though I used 93% lean ground beef. If I were to use this again, I'd definetely cook the beef separately so that I could drain off the grease."

    Reviewed Awesome and Healthy Meatloaf
    Handle
     |  By AG0508

"This was a great, no bread, meatloaf. Mine was not to soupy as others stated and the flavor and texture were great. One thing I did differently was in regard to forming the loaf. The recipe said to make this into 7 small loaves. I think each would have been very tiny loaves. I divided this in half and made two loaves, and baked at 350 for abo..."

Reviewed Traditional Greek Chicken Gyro With Tzatziki Sauce
    Handle
     |  By Athena Ann

"I didn't make the fries - just the chicken and tzatziki sauce. Flavor was fantastic. We ate these on low carb tortillas with lettuce, tomato and green onion. Will make this part of the normal rotation."

Reviewed Thai Style Pork in Black Pepper [moo Pat Prik Thai Dam]
    Handle
     |  By Hanuman

"I thought this was good, SO thought there was too much pepper. I will admit that the black pepper was a very strong flavor, but I happen to really like black pepper. If I make this again, I would cut the black pepper in half to appease SO."

    Reviewed Broccoli With Cranberries Salad
    Handle
     |  By Sydney Mike

"Made this for Christmas. Was similar to the standard broccoli salad, but the cranberries gave it a new twist. I would definitely make this again."

Reviewed Banh-mi Wrap: Vietnamese Grilled Pork Wrap with Pickled Carrots and Mint
     |  By Tim964

"This recipe looked great, but as I was making it I started getting concerned that it might flop. No worries, it was fantastic. The only change I made was to cut the recipe in half, and for the pickled carrot portion, I just used some bagged cole slaw mix rather than the carrots. Awesome. Would also be great on a baguette. "

"Awesome salad - I used Splenda and it still turned out great. The cilantro is key."

"Fantastic - will absolutely be making this again. I used 2 Serrano peppers (my store didn't have Thai peppers - I also cut the chicken in small pieces rather than using the food processor."

Reviewed Kheema: Indian Ground Beef with Peas
     |  (2 people found this helpful) |  By Tim964

"Love Aarti and most of her recipes, but this one came out a little bland, which is surprising given the amount of spices in the dish. We made "burritos" out of this, and this made enough for at least 8 burritos. One thing which made a big difference between the first and second burrito I ate is that I seasoned the second burrito with ext ..."

    Reviewed Thai-Style Pork Burritos
    Handle
     |  By Ms. Mother Earth

"We really liked this, although I did make some changes. Basically, I used half the amount of pork and I nearly doubled the amount of coleslaw mix. There was still lots of meat - I can't imagine it as written! We still had 4 burritos and even put leftover filling in the fridge for lunch one day. This one is going into our regular menu rotation."
