"This chicken was absolutely fantastic! I cannot over-emphasize how good this is. I will on occasion buy a roasted chicken meal from the grocery store and it amazes me how moist and favorful their chicken is and I just assume its a packet that they have that make it so good. The secret is the brine and garlic butter rub. Absolutely amazing. A must ..."

"These are fantastic! I used extra-ripe bananas (they've been sitting out for about a week and a half and they had the most intense banana flavor I think I"ve ever tasted in a banana bread or muffin. "This muffin is reaally good! I might omit the lemon pieces next time though, as even though I extracted the "pips" and left out all the pith, they tasted somewhat bitter within the muffin. Other than that, texture was really nice, and the glaze was really lemony and tied it all together well. Great recipe! Thanks!"

"I might have to try this some time. I used to work at Taco Bell back when I was sixteen and what is used is some crazy kind of pasta that gets deep fat fried, so this must be pretty close. I worked at Applebee's too, after Taco Bell, and I tried on various occasions to replicate the most awesome event of a 1in noodle spreading out to be 3 inches ..."

"I'm glad I'm not the only one crazy enough to go searching the internet for a copy-cat recipe of this. I love it in my coffee, obviously, but I, as of late, have a glass of milk at night when I go to bed to satisfy my "fake hunger" rather going and having a sandwich or something that late at night, and I love to put this in my milk to mix things u..."
