"While the taste is fine the whippy, creamy texture really turned me off. I think if I were to try it again I would not use a stick style blender to whip them, I would just mash them by hand. Maybe that would make them less gag worthy."

"Just made these tonight. I didn't chop up the ham, just used one full slice along with one full slice of swiss cheese for each chicken breast, rolled 'em, breaded 'em and baked.
These were so good. The cheese was oozing out and the ham gave them such a nice flavour.

"OK, I gotta admit I was skeptical....chicken, apples, curry powder?? BUT...I had some left over chicken in the fridge and decided to give it a go. WOW, this was great! Loved the flavour of the curry and the hint of lemon....and then the crunchy, tart granny smith apple. Really good!"
