"Good recipe! I'm not a huge fan of chuck roast. The last few I made (as potroasts were tasteless, in spite of flavorful sauces, and extremely tough. This roast was very tender, juicy and had a nice flavor. Followed the recipe exactly, except I marinated for 5 hours. I grilled for 40 min for medium (just slightly pink. Will definitely use this r..."

"Thank you SO SO much for posting this recipe. My dog got sprayed early this am and, thank God, I remembered that 'Zaar offered some potions. Did a quick search on "skunk" and this was the one I found. The great reviews encouraged me to give it a whirl. It worked just great on the dog and, later, my smelly hands. I also soaked the dog's collar in t..."

"This is delicious (way above average, so pretty and SO very easy to make, but it just didn't knock our socks off. I remain convinced, when mixing angelfood and strawberries, that cream cheese needs to be involved. It just adds more texture and a depth of flavor than whipping cream on its own. I will probably make this recipe again, but first whip..."

"EXCELLENT! I and my cranberry-loving co-workers loved it. The non-cranberry afficianados (including my hubby did not. No prob - MORE FOR US! Tangy & a nice blend of spices with a slightly crusty top. It was super by itself or with a slather of whipped cream cheese. I think the taste is just right as is and it doesn't need any kind of glaze (but ..."

"BIG HIT when I took it in to the office today. A very easy recipe and the bread is very light, moist and sweet. Personally, I prefer a crustier bread (even with sweetbreads, so next time I may not sift the flour, just to see what happens. My hubby insists I make more, so there WILL be a next time. Thanks! "

"LOVED this, and I didn't even get to taste the finished product! Was part of a dinner I took to a friend. Only changes I made were to drain the tomatoes/squash after sauteeing (mine were way too juicy, and sub'd whole milk for the cream. Turned out great. The spices are very nice in this and the parmesan on top is the perfect touch. I put it all..."

"YUMMM!!! This is heaven! I baked in a 9x13 and the 35 min bake time was spot on. Only problem I had was that there was slightly too little frosting. (I know quite a bit of sugar ended up on the sides of the pan.... But I didn't get as much as in your picture. Probably increasing the frosting by 1/3 would more than do it, but I don't trust mysel..."

"Am editing my original review to add a comment. This is SO good and really DIFFERENT! I must ditto everything Lorac said regarding the taste. I, too, used heavy cream and used a total of 1 cup water to the sauce. I picked this recipe because: we are on a tight budget; I love sauerkraut; and my husband hates meatballs with bread crumbs (thinks the..."

"Just used the filling part of this recipe. It's very good & was perfect consistency for filling. However, we don't care for allspice, and I went ahead and followed the recipe -- big mistake. If I were to use this again, I'd leave it out. (If you like allspice, you'll be very pleased with the taste! I was trying to recreate a recipe I saw on "Amer..."
