"KC...I have made this twice this month. The seasoning mix is wonderful, even with substituting fresh for dried herbs when needed. The thyme, cream cheese and fresh lime make the dish! It really reheats well too for lunch (if you have any left. Prep time takes me more than 15 min...but I'm not a great chef. Thanks for this keeper!"

"Dana, these were very quick to make and didn't require a lot of prep before-hand. I didn't use the cranberries either...they were fantasic as is. Thank you..we were happy (and full! I'll try the berries next time. Although, I can't see that they would be anymore delicious.Jill"

"Miss Kitty...thank you! What a great recipe. With your help I did substitute some bouillon cubes and dried onion & chives for the soup mix (to avoid the MSG.The oatmeal made this hold up so much better than bread crumbs...and please tell Mom I had no "shoe leather bottom". Basting was the key. This was even better the next day on a sandwich...."

"We really (really liked this Bergy...my boss tried to steal little bit of leftovers I brought for lunch. I did cut the celery back just a tad, but it was still crunchy and so very flavorful. "Inez, thank you for posting this. My BF and parents love apricots, and I'm always trying to find ways to incorporate them into different dishes.
