"Great easy cake. I had some yoghurt that really needed to be used up and I had also accidently overcooked some apricots. What I did differently was I used 2 eggs, 1x double yolk egg and 1x egg white, probably meaning closer to 4 eggs, added vanilla, wish I'd added lemon like another reviewer mentioned and used raw sugar. I beat the eggs and then ..."

"This was so yummy and easy. I fried it till the sauce was thick. Very delicious. I only had tropical juice and that was fine. Fried gently to heat leftovers the next day and tossed together with noodles and spring onions and a little more soy.. Amazing quick lunch. I also bought a few kilos on a special and made about 8freezer bags full and froze..."

"I haven't made decoratng icing before. It performed well and piped nicely, it wasn't smooth and glossy but it did what I wanted. I think I will use it again but I might try others to compare. Thanks for posting"

"I didn't really like this. The fish was kind of watery and given that Basa is quite salty plus the cheese made it a bit salty for my taste. My DH and kids enjoying it though."

"This is a wonderful simple recipe. I have made it a few times now. I prefer it grated to julienned because the julienn makes it pretty slippery and messy, Grated it has a bit more texture and does better in burgers etc.
I also made it with slices and we loved it. Our family are big tinned beetroot fans and they loved. One thing to mention is d..."

"Very yummy, buttery and sweet cookies. I made a couple of changes. I reduced the white sugar to half a cup and we didn't miss it one bit, still very sweet although it meant that they didn't melt into soft cookies. I shaped and pressed them. I also added 1/2 a cup of chopped dark chocolate and a little cinnamon. Very nice recipe. Thank you. It also..."

"This recipe created a cake light, moist and fluffy exactly what I was looking for to create a special cake for my mother in law. I love that I didn't have to cream the butter etc and I just used a whisk for the whole lot. I reduced the sugar a quarter and the runniness worried me but it cooked perfectly. I changed the amounts to make 3 layers and..."

"I have had this recipe on my radar for a while for a yummy way to use kale up. I fried up the chopped onions, a rather of bacon, 375gms of Italian sausages minced up and one chorizo sliced, then added everything else. I think I used ore potato than the recipe called for and I used more like 4 cups of kale. Quite salty with the meats and stock but ..."

"Love this recipe! Works very well for cupcakes and thin layered cakes. I have used this a couple of times for easy super soft and buttery cakes. I also made a rainbow cake (posted photos for my twins first birthday and it was wonderful! I changed the yield to 1.5 and divided the batter into 6 (around 300 grams each bowls, mixed the colour in an..."

"Great biscuits! Very yummy and chewy unless you cook them longer than they need in which case they are more buttery and crunchy like packet ones. I was looking for a recipe to mimic the biscuits that a local bakery make. These come close enough with the addition of 1 cup of sultanas to add to the chewiness. Oats are also nice. Thank you for posting"
