    "Have not yet tried the recipe but will very soon. Have been yearning for this recipe for 13 years!!!! Lived in Springfield & this is the BEST Cashew Chicken & is only made this way there. Have ordered in CA several different times & have always been disappointed. I could taste the oyster sauce, so I think you've hit it!!!!!!!"

    "Easy to modify to what you have on hand!Needed a dish with ravioli as the main ing. Didn't have chicken, ricotta or peppers but had shrimp & scallops & a bag of stir fry veggies. Left off the cheese, it didn't need it.This was a big hit!! Made this for a gathering & everyone loved it! Will definitely be making this again with all the ingre..."

    "Really hoped it was going to be different from any other bean soup but was disappointed. Was bland & overly peppered. Recipe calls for 1 1/2 t, I only used 1 t and still most of the flavor came from the pepper.The only thing I did different was cook in a crockpot."

    "My family loved this! This was easy to put together, but doesn't taste "canned". Watch the acidity with the tomatoes though, adjust your lime juice if acid is high. Letting the flavors steep overnight helps.This will be a regular in our home."
