"yuuuuummmmm!!! This was beautiful.I added garlic too, and used 4 potatoes.I ended up having not much time on my hands, so instead of letting the sauce reduce down i added 1 tspn of gravox to the stock and quickly stirred it before spooning it over our lamb......what can i say...these tatoes were tasty as!"

"really really yummy, but I adlibbed a bit by putting bacon in mine, plus what I did was I cut up a french loaf and put the thin slices to line a quiche plate, then i poured the mix on top and added cheese and served it out like that.really nice, thanks"

"yuuuuummmmmmy! I varied this slightly as I was making the mars bar mud cake, so I melted a mars bar into the cream also, as I didn't have enough white chocolate.
