"Boyfriend and I loved this recipe! I shredded the chicken as I added the cream cheese, then let it cook for around 30min longer. I stuffed 5 flour tortillas with the shredded chicken and poured enchilada sauce over them and baked at 375 for 25min. It was awesome! Thanks for the versitile recipe!"

"this was amazing! I doubled the recipe and it was delish. i added a bit more butter to each half of squash and also used fresh maple syrup. I also cooked for about 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Will make again."
