    "I made these for a BBQ and they were so yummy! As was suggeste, I used the coconut milk and they came out moist. I only made 1/2 the icing, but it was still plenty to ice 12 cupcakes and I garnished them with little lime wedges. Everyone that tasted them wanted the recipe. Delicious!"
