"Excellent, what a hit! Thanks for the great recipe! I did it in a 9 x 9" glass baking dish, with half the ingredients (see photo."

"I like this recipe so much that it was my choice for cooking the first dinner in a new range we had installed yesterday. The only thing different is that I truss the legs of the hen, and I make the same amount of sauce for only two hens. The lemon, garlic and rosemary infuse the hen meat with flavor."

"Loved the recipe! The only thing I did different was that I happened to have a few fresh sprigs of rosemary and thyme, so I soaked them in the wine while the pork was cooking. This addition elevated it to a very good entree from a canned mushroom-soup dish. The pork was moist and tender."

"It's devine! I gave it five stars for the adventure of cooking it and the end result of serving it. Not sure it's worth all the extra steps, though. I think I could make a decent beef Burgundy without preparing so many components separately.
However, don't be intimidated by the 45 steps. Some of them are very simple, such as preheating th..."

"Ah-hah! So THIS is how you make a perfect grilled cheese sandwich. Step #5, low heat and frequent turn, was a revelation.
Before finding these instructions, I cooked grilled cheese sandwiches on medium-high, but this method resulted in the best we have ever had. Not just homemade, not just in a diner, but ever!
Followed the instr..."

"Great recipe! Probably the best German potato salad I've ever had, and I've been to Germany and some fine German restaurants in the U.S.
So good that I'm planning to make it again and take it to an upcoming party. I raved about the recipe to the hostess, but mentioned that German potato salad would not go well with other dishes, such as ..."

"I made this for a dinner party. Simple as it is, I was quite confident I wouldn't go wrong with a recipe by French Tart even though it was the first time I made it. Big hit!
I used the minimum amount of sugar for the fruit and bought unsweetened frozen mixed berries. One chain grocery store had only sweetened berries, so I went to another..."

"This is as good as any Thai dish I've ever had! I followed it as written the first time except used my own homemade curry paste rather than from a jar. I have not dined in the finest Thai restaurants, but some very good ones. We loved it so much that I made it again just a couple of nights later using shrimp instead of chicken and adding snow peas..."
