"The flavor of these is wonderful but I did have some problems with the crust - next time I think I would use a crust recipe for a standard lemon bar - mine turned out very crumbly. The topping is so very good - if you like rhubarb, you'll love these. We used a food processor to chop the rhubarb and the rest was very easy to put together. Like one ..."

"We had this last week and it was delightful. The only thing I did differently was to use goat cheese crumbles instead of the feta. Leftovers were great too. So easy to put together, we will definitely have this again!"

"We loved these! I made them for a church function and made mini-muffins. I doubled the recipe and we had more than enough to for church and some for us to have snacks later on. The only thing I changed was to add about 1/2 t. of cinnamon to the dry mixture since I love the strawberry -cinnamon combination and have a strawberry bread recipe that ca..."

"I want to start by saying that we loved this recipe and will use it again. These were made for a church coffee hour and they are delicious and you can't beat how easy they are to make. As suggested by other reviewers I did add about 1/2 t. of vanilla to the basic recipe. I was surprised to see to see the few negative reviews on this recipe. If you..."

"I just took this out of the oven ten minutes ago. It's the second one I've made in the past month. My husband who isn't a huge lemon lover loves this cake pie. It is a snap to make and holds well for three or four days. I use less sugar (about 1/4 c. less and more lemon zest and lemon juice. It browns very quickly so keep an eye on it past the 30..."

"Just excellent! I did substitute allspice for the cloves but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. It was a big hit at our family Christmas gathering this year and DIL even asked for the recipe. It is so easy and so good - it's hard to stop nibbling!"

"I'm eating one of these now - warm from the oven. They are amazingly good and simple to make! I chose this recipe because I'm making them for my stepdaughter who will be giving birth next Wednesday. I'm making ahead some things that can be frozen so she can just grab something when she's hungry. The story with the recipe caught my eye and I had to..."
